Personal information

At times, we may ask you to supply personal information via MNZ/A’s website makaton.org.nz Personal information is anything that enables us to identify you in some way, such as your name and an email address. We may also receive information about you from third parties, for example from a friend who wants to tell you about the site. Personal information provided to or gathered by MNZ/A for transaction purposes will only be used by MNZ/A to process your order and retain a record of that transition.

Survey

Occasionally we may ask you to fill in questionnaires or surveys while online. The data collected by the questionnaire or survey will only be used for the purpose stated on the form. You may also be given the opportunity to add your address details to our databases so we can contact you in the future. We will only use this information to contact you if you expressly give us permission to do so.

Financial information

Payment can be made by cheque or by Direct Debit to MNZ/A’s bank account.

Confidentiality

MNZ/A’s website may include links to other sites, not owned or managed by MNZ/A. We cannot be held responsible for the privacy of data collected by websites not managed by MNZ/A.

Who we share information with

MNZ/A does not rent or sell mailing details to any third party.

Access to your information

You may request a copy of any personal information that MNZ/A has about you. Please contact the MNZ/A office, PO Box 20034, Glen Eden, Auckland 0641. We charge $25 for information requests. MNZ/A will reply within 40 days of receipt of your written request and payment.

Changes

If your personal details change, please help us to keep your information up to date by telling us. We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time, by posting the amended version online. Please review this privacy policy regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by MNZ/A.
